Our Story

ConnectGenerations Network (CGN) is a Canadian non-profit organization that builds bridges across generations, cultures, and communities to shape a stronger and more inclusive future.
We believe that by joining our strengths, we create environments where everyone can belong, learn, contribute, and thrive.

Based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, CGN promotes the social, cultural, and economic integration of immigrants, as well as the civic participation of all Canadians—new and established alike.
Through intergenerational mentoring, community development, and intercultural collaboration, we empower immigrants, youth, and local leaders to grow, connect, and flourish together..

Our Mission

To promote dialogue and solidarity across generations, strengthening inclusion, leadership, and active participation in community and economic life.
CGN serves as a bridge between generations, cultures, and professional sectors—valuing the experience of some and the energy of others—to build a sustainable and united future.

Commitment to Reconciliation and Indigenous Collaboration

ConnectGenerations Network acknowledges that its activities take place on the ancestral lands of Indigenous Peoples in Manitoba. We honour their wisdom, culture, and lasting contributions to Canadian society.
Since its foundation, CGN has worked hand in hand with Indigenous partners and leaders within its governance and community initiatives.
