ConnectGenerations Network develops and implements programs that foster integration, personal growth, and active participation of newcomers, youth, and communities in the social and economic life of Manitoba and beyond.
Our programs are structured around five main pillars:

🌉 Intergenerational Mentorship
A flagship program connecting young professionals, newcomers, and students with experienced mentors from diverse backgrounds.
Objectives:
• Facilitate professional and social integration;
• Promote the transfer of knowledge and values;
• Build strong intergenerational and cross-cultural bonds.
Components:
• Individual and group mentoring;
• Professional orientation workshops;
• Intergenerational and cultural meetings.
🧭 Employability and Professional Development
This program aims to strengthen skills and support access to employment and entrepreneurship.
Objectives:
• Offer training tailored to the Canadian job market;
• Support recognition of prior learning and skills;
• Encourage leadership and economic autonomy.
Components:
• Professional and technical training;
• CV, interview, and networking workshops;
• Career coaching and personalized guidance.


🌍 Community Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation
A program encouraging the creation and growth of socially and community-impactful businesses.
Objectives:
• Support young entrepreneurs and newcomers in developing their projects;
• Promote local and sustainable initiatives;
• Stimulate intercultural economic cooperation.
Components:
• Project and business incubator;
• Business planning, funding, and management support;
• Economic forums and business networks.
🪶 Intercultural Dialogue and Indigenous Relations
A learning and collaboration space to strengthen ties between immigrant communities and Indigenous Peoples in Canada.
Objectives:
• Promote mutual understanding and reconciliation;
• Value Indigenous wisdom, culture, and knowledge;
• Encourage respect, sharing, and co-creation of joint projects.
